Drake, Jorja Smith, The Carters & More Win BRIT Awards
Drake took home the gong for International Male Solo Artist.
After winning Best Rap Song at the Grammy’s, Drake‘s award season run continued at the 2019 BRIT Awards. As well as Drake — who beat Eminem, Kamasi Washington, Shawn Mendes and Travis Scott to be named International Male Solo Artist — other notable winners included Jorja Smith, Ariana Grande and JAY-Z and Beyoncé as The Carters.
Jorja Smith was named British Female Solo Artist and Ariana Grande was named International Female Solo Artist, while The Carters took home the International Group award following the EVERYTHING IS LOVE album. Take a look at the full list of award winners and nominees below.
