NEIGHBORHOOD & UGG Straddle Australian Desert in New Capsule Lookbook
Featuring the NEUMEL Chukka and TASMAN Slip-On.
After collaborating with CAREERING on the NHCR .301 & .501 S-C RINGs, NEIGHBORHOOD has returned with a new co-sign, this time teaming up with UGG for a vibrant capsule. Featured is a lookbook taken to the dusty backdrop of one of Australia’s vast deserts, showcasing a series of fleece-lined chukkas, slip-ons, tie-dyed shirts and other various apparel tinged in warm sunset hues.
Leading the assemblage are the footwear offerings: the NEUMEL Chukka and TASMAN Slip-On. Both silhouettes see a boxy build and are lined with supple woolen fleece, strewn together by tightly reinforced seams. The slip-ons come with “UGG” and “NEIGHBORHOOD” branding along the collars, followed by debossed co-branding at the rear quarter. The NEUMEL Chukkas arrive in a higher build, with duo-toned rope laces and a smoothly rounded toe cap. Like the aforementioned silhouette, bold co-branding is placed at the rear quarter, followed by a ripstop pull tab along the backstay. Both models come in beige and black, finished off with crisp white EVA soles.
NEIGHBORHOOD’s signature silhouette, the plaid Lumbers button-up, appears in the capsule, too. An image of the desert landscape during sundown is printed in large over the lower body, complemented by two front chest pockets and a small brand label stamped at the lower-left corner. Another noteworthy piece is the tie-dyed T-shirt. Doused in a red and yellow spiral, stark co-branding is placed over the back, complemented by a smaller logo at the front. Other garments and accessories like the graphic hoodie, mittens and ear muffs round up the concise range.
