TNGHT Drops Outlandishly Psychedelic Video for "Gimme Summn"
From the duo’s recent ‘II’ EP.
Following the release of their sophomore II EP, riotous electronic-meets-hip-hop pioneers TNGHT — consisting of Hudson Mohawke and Lunice — have shared an outlandishly psychedelic visual for project highlight “Gimme Summn.”
Directed by Cole Kush, the 3D-animated video sees the producer duo starting as weirdly-proportioned babies as they grow by collecting gold rings. As they encounter friends and foes alike on their journey (including a centaur version of Julian Assange), the two continue to gorge on the shiny objects until blowing up into their actual selves, wherein the two attempt to run away from their feverish nightmares.
