Karrimor Japan FW19 Focuses on Layering With Reliable Outdoor Essentials
Rugged and sophisticated coats for wintry weather.

Karrimor Japan has unveiled its Fall/Winter 2019 lookbook, capturing the latest range of its outdoor goods behind remote golden-white snow-covered mountain hills. It’s a fitting backdrop for the functional cold-weather layers and it highlights the label’s penchant for tailoring outdoor apparel.
The collection spans nylon-clad parkas, wool duffle coats, padded liners, hi-tech blazers, button-ups and breathable pullovers, to mention a few. While the range is dominated by sleek black shades, other mature palettes have entered the mix, too, like beige, navy, hazel brown, maroon and purple.
One distinctive highlight is a long black parka with “karrimor” boldly emblazoned at the back. The piece comes with silver-toned clasps that hold extra harnesses. It comes with a protective water-resistant shell, complemented by a large hood that blocks out heavy wind. Another notable piece is a brown earth-toned jacket, constructed with articulated sleeves and raised collars. It packs two large snap-buttoned pockets at the waist while lining an inner cinch-cord that makes the jacket more form-fitting. Other pieces like the nylon pants, pinstriped blazer and funnel-neck sweaters round up the technical assemblage.
Karrimor Japan’s Fall/Winter 2019 Collection is currently available at karrimor.jp, ranging from $243 – $688 USD.
