DC Shoes & Butter Goods Launch '90s-Inspired Sneaker & Apparel Collection
As part of the DC Reserve program.
Following its collaboration with monkey time, DC Shoes returns with another updated Kalis OG sneaker. This time, the brand is partnering with Butter Goods for a sneaker and apparel launch.
The co-branded Kalis OG is informed by a “DC Butter” logo on the tongue, blue ombré fabric, reflective branding, and a gum sole. The sneaker’s upper sports blue and white block paneling with red accents, offering tonal and textural variety. Combining Butter Goods’ archive pieces with modern designs, the apparel selection features heavy graphics and a ’90s-inspired skate aesthetic. Tracksuits, sweatshirts, T-shirts and bucket hats are available in muted colorways — with select yellow and red stand-out pieces.
As part of its Reserve Program launched over a year ago, DC Shoes is offering limited-edition OG reissues. DC Shoes recently worked with ROKIT to redesign a version of its classic Williams OG silhouette. Its partnership with Butter Goods is DC Shoe’s latest mission to update ’90s heritage silhouettes with added flair.
The Butter Goods x DC Shoes collection is set to drop October 12 on DC Shoes’ Website.
In other news, Aries and New Balance are working on a two-pair collection of bold “Unbalanced” 991s.
