Dave East Tags Nas for New Single "Godfather 4"
A new cut off East’s forthcoming ‘Survival’ album.
Mass Appeal signees Dave East and Nas have teamed up to offer “Godfather 4,” the newest cut from East’s forthcoming album, Survival. Produced by DJ Green Lantern, the track includes instrumentation from New Orleans brass band the Soul Rebels and revered jazz trumpeter Keyon Harrold.
East has been prepping for the release of his LP since August, sharing the two-track Survival Pacc project that featured Max B and Gunna. The Harlem rapper also played the role of Method Man on Hulu’s Wu-Tang: An American Saga series.
