atmos con Vol. 7 continues to bring out Japan‘s biggest sneakerheads in numbers, with the event on October 5 seeing some of the world’s most sought-after pairs and this year’s biggest collaborations.
Rare exhibits included the Takashi Murakami x PORTER “BS – 06” T.Z., a pair of cargo pouch-wearing kicks that released in very limited numbers by raffle. Elsewhere, atmos con saw coveted pairs such as the Girls Don’t Cry x Nike SB Low, the 2003-released Supreme x Nike Dunk High Pro SB “Red Star,” the Dunk SB Low “What the Dunk” (2010) and Tom Sachs’ Nike Mars Yard Overshoe.
Fan-favorites such as the sacai x Nike LDV Waffle Daybreak, the Sean Wotherspoon x Nike 1/97 and the Cactus Plant Flea Market x Nike Air VaporMax 2019 were also on show. They were worn alongside brand-new pairs from Fucking Awesome x adidas, Liam Gallagher x adidas Spezial and the Pharrell Williams x Nigo adidas Solar Hu.
