Richardson Drops Army Surplus-Inspired Garments for FW19
From thick polar fleece to tactile lanyards.

Following its third Fall/Winter 2019 delivery, Richardson is back with its latest drop, this time with a special focus on military-themed garments.
The assemblage sees a range of apparel and tactical accessories colored in bold camo prints and muted tones of olive, grey and black. From high oz cotton sweatshirts to six-panel caps, the range channels casual staples informed by army surplus. One standout piece is the Deep Pile Polar Fleece Jacket. Covered in thick fleece, the jacket sees contrasting nylon panels around the collar, chest and arms. Richardson’s logo is placed at the upper left chest, sitting just next to the silver-toned pocket opening, while a smooth satin inner lining provides added comfort.
Another highlight is the Drop Shoulder Crewneck, coming in colors of grey and olive. The sweaters have the words Quantico and Bragg emblazoned across the chest. The former references the name of a US Marine Corp Base in Quantico, Virginia; the latter, a homebase to the US Army in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Other pieces like the technical belt bags, lanyards and deployment bags round up the concise drop.
Richardson’s army surplus-inspired FW19 drop will be available at richardsonshop.com on October 10, 8am EST.
Elsewhere, Stone Island has added paintball camo jackets and pants to its Fall/Winter 2019 lineup.
