Anthony Bourdain's Watch Collection Is Currently up for Auction
Highlights include a Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date and a Patek Calatrava.
In line with another auction at iGavel Auctions of his personal possessions, Anthony Bourdain‘s watch collection is now also up for auction at the Texas-based auction house. There’s currently eight items listed, with highlights including a blue-dialled stainless steel Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date, an 18K gold glass-back Patek Phillipe Calatrava, and a black Panerai Radiomir. Prices are currently already at almost double the estimated sale price, with the auction still going for another 12 days.
The sales are also going towards a good cause: the Bourdain family will be donating 40 percent of the total sales price towards the Anthony Bourdain Legacy Scholarship at his alma mater, The Culinary Institute of America, supporting its students who wish to pursue a semester abroad or take part in one of the college’s global cuisines and cultures international programs.
Whether you’re a Bourdain fan or watch collector, head over to the iGavel listing now to check out the legendary chef and documentarian’s personal watch collection.
