Uniqlo U's SS19 Collection Is Now Available
Simplified cuts and saturated hues.
Uniqlo U is the diffusion line supplying elevated essentials to all, and its SS19 collection led by Christophe Lemaire offers an uncompromised selection of colorblocked styling in an array of boxy and simplified fits.
Inspired by the natural tones of the Earth, the collection colors range from rich saturated browns, pinks and oranges to washed out blues and greys. The Uniqlo U range perfects the essential boxy t-shirt, composed of soft fabrics and available in both block colors and border hues, while linen hits the Uniqlo U line for the first time in the form of straight-cut shirts.
The straight-cut design language follows through to a range of jackets, giving the collection a typically sophisticated, modern aesthetic expected from Uniqlo. From seersucker, unlined blazers to denim jackets and waterproof, windproof single breasted raincoats, the collection offers form and function, amplified by Lemaire’s usual paired-back approach.
