Nike Air Max 97 LX Welcomes a New Futuristic Look
Fewer stitches, same runner.
Ahead of Nike’s Air Max 720 release, we now take a look at another Air Max model hitting retailers next month. This time around, the Air Max 97’s LX iteration welcomes a mix of anthracite, amarillo, and summit white throughout its sleek uppers. Its normal paneled design is swapped for a seamless upper which sports a Foamposite-like material done in dark green. Moving down towards the midsole you’ll find an amarillo Swoosh logo that’s complemented by a blue background which lays atop a black mudguard.
This edition of the Nike Air Max 97 LX arrives on February 7 for $170 USD at select Nike Sportswear retailers in addition to Nike.com. In related news, we also saw the Air Max 97 LX model sport a sparkly makeover thanks to Swarovski®.
