Eric Koston & P-Rod Star in the NBA x Nike SB Official Lookbook
Skate meets hoops.
Ahead of the 2018-2019 season, Nike SB will join forces with the NBA for a special offering. Today the release’s official lookbook emerges starring the likes of Eric Koston and Paul Rodriguez (better known as P-Rod). The range features two apparel choices in a satin bomber and hoodie with each piece displaying an oversized NBA logo on its base. Its footwear selection is comprised of the Nike Bruin, Blazer and Dunk in pink, white and royal blue colors, respectively.
When discussing the roots of the collaborations Koston expressed:
“As a skateboarder, I’ve always looked at those early basketball shoes from an aesthetic standpoint – because the style was always cool – but also from a technological standpoint, because of the similarities in our need for impact and support.”
The NBA x Nike SB collection arrives on October 13 via Nike.com and select Nike SB stockist such as The Berrics with the collaborative bruin and matching hoodie launching on December 1.
