Fresh from unveiling third kits for Chelsea and Manchester City, Nike Football is continuing the roll out with a new kit to be worn by Inter Milan. The kit is a celebration of the club’s home city, with reference points including the iconic Duomo cathedral, the Cross of St George (which appears on the city’s oat of arms) and a map of the city.
The stand-out feature of the kit design is a swirling marble graphic, which is a nod to the stone floors of the Duomo cathedral and also includes a distorted map of Milan city center. Other design touches include a dark grey cross as well as Inter’s crest and Nike’s Swoosh in dark blue as a nod to the club’s classic colors. The third kit will release via the Nike web store on September 12.
Nike also recently unveiled a collaborative jersey with Wizkid.
