Nike & Wizkid Collaborate on Starboy Jersey
Celebrating the artist’s Nigerian roots.
Fresh from dropping the video for his “Energy“ track with Skepta, Wizkid has now revealed a new collaborative jersey with Nike. The jersey sees Wizkid celebrate his Starboy Entertainment record label with its logo printed across the front, as well as pay tribute to his Nigerian roots.
As well as the large Starboy logo, the jersey also features a number of references to Nigeria. These references include a green and white trim around the sleeves and down each side, as well as a “Naija” graphic on the sleeve and the name of Wizkid’s hometown, Surulere, on the back of the top. The jersey will be available from the Nike web store from September 10.
