Appearing earlier on TIDAL and Apple Music, the 2015 single was originally included on Scott’s debut studio album, Rodeo, and was only made accessible to those who paid for it. Though the track was created as an album-only exclusive to boost sales, many believe the single was never released on streaming services because of label’s trying to suppress Bieber’s rap career.
