Nike Covers the Air Max 1 in "Diffused Taupe" This Fall
A new, rich color for the classic model.
Nike reveals its latest color for the iconic Air Max 1, this time draping it in “Diffused Taupe.”
The Taupe shade is a reference to the French mole and is commonly a mix of brown and gray. For Nike’s iteration, the women’s sneaker sees a slightly lighter shade adorning the majority of the upper while the darker accents are found along the Swoosh and toe box, as well as the plush heel wrap. Elsewhere, a gumsole hits the bottom to accent the clean white midsole, along with the matching Taupe airbag and laces to complete the rich look.
