Costa Rican Home Is a Voluminous & Vibrant Paradise
Offering multiple viewpoints of the surrounding lush gardens.

Ecostudio Architects recently completed construction of a contemporary abode in Alajuela, Costa Rica. Called the Menari Residence, the 3,767-square-foot establishment is comprised of spacious living areas with high ceilings and wide eaves. Due to the hot climate in the region, the architects executed a number of passive strategies to offer elevated comfortability to homeowners such as cross ventilation with large openings in all of the distinct rooms. One of the design highlights is the social room fitted with a “mosaic of different colors,” as per a statement.
