MB&F’s HM9 Flow Watch Is a Prime Example of Old-Meets-New Design Philosophies
Retro-futuristic.
Noted watchmakers MB&F is back to unveil its uniquely-distinct HM9 Flow Watch, flaunting a myriad of innovative design accents, which ironically enough draws creative inspiration from the contour lines found on mid-century automobiles and planes.
Crafted from titanium, the case features five sapphire crystal windows, allowing penetrative views of the piece’s innermost workings. Stored inside is an in-house-developed movement, comprised of twin-balance wheels on each flank, which when paired with a planetary differential, work in unison to help provide an accurate reading on the vertical dial display. Offered in two distinct variations — the rose gold-plated movement Road edition and the darker-hued Air edition — each style is limited to just 33 pieces and can be purchased now via the label’s online shop.
