After getting a few teasers and leaks earlier this month, BAPE has officially unveiled its upcoming football collaboration with adidas. The Japanese stalwart once again teams up with the German giant on a soon-to-be-coveted capsule. Rumored to drop on February 2, 2019, just ahead of Super Bowl LIII, the collection is comprised of two adidas footwear models including the street favorite UltraBOOST and an adidas Adizero 5-Star cleat, which was earlier revealed by Houston Texans’ DeAndre Hopkins. Also included in the drop will be a football jersey, pigskin football and helmet all covered in BAPE’s signature CAMO and co-branding done up in gold accents. A final touch sees BAPE’s ubiquitous APE head motif decorated as the American flag with STAS in place of regular stars.
