Air Jordan 5 Retro "Wings" Rumored to Release Next Month
Official imagery has arrived.
Back in July, we offered a first look at Jordan Brand‘s Air Jordan 5 Retro “Wings” edition, the latest Chicago-themed sneaker to join Michael Jordan‘s Wings Initiative collection. Now, we present official imagery of the unique colorway with prospective release info.
This special edition Air Jordan 5 features a white leather upper with an all-over print featuring illustrations of Chicago and its neighborhoods. Each shoe has a unique print, making every pair one-of-a-kind. Other details include glow-in-the-dark, mint green Wings lacelocks and side panels, a 3M reflective tongue tab, embroidered Jumpman logos, a special “Everyone Can Fly” label in the inner tongue, and an icy outsole.
It’s reported that the Air Jordan 5 Retro”Wings” will be releasing sometime in October for $200 USD in very limited quantities at Nike’s web store. Take a look at the official imagery above and let us know if this is a cop or drop.
For more eye-catching models, Nike debuted the new Air Force 1 Utility QS with glow-in-the-dark soles.
