JAY-Z has shared a new poem called “Dream. On.” as a collaboration with Budweiser to promote his upcoming set at the Made in America Festival. The poem recalls the rapper’s youth in the Marcy projects of Brooklyn and his ambition to strive. The vignette compliments his words by showing simple footage of an apartment – meant to reflect his humble beginnings.

The visuals cut between the space’s peeling wallpaper, steaming kettle, records, recording equipment and piles of notebooks. This clip is supposed to play at the beginning of Jigga’s set at the festival, which takes place September 2nd and 3rd in Philadelphia.

The lineup also includes J. Cole, sister-in-law Solange, and Migos. JAY-Z’s most recent album, 4:44, dropped in June, stream it here, and check the video above.
