On September 9, legendary rocker Jack White plans to drop a new project entitled Jack White Acoustic Recordings 1998-2016. To support the effort, the revered musician has shared the “first new, worldwide commercially released White Stripes song since 2008,” a record known as “City Lights.” With all the attention he has paid to solo endeavors in recent years, White Stripes diehards should consider this gold. Besides this new cut, expect freshly-remastered songs with contributions from Beck and T. Bone Burnett to be included in White’s next project. You can stream “City Lights” above.
