An Official Look at Alexander Wang's Gentle Monster Collaboration
Introducing the “CEO” frame.
After a run of collaborative releases — including capsules with Xander Zhou and Places+Faces — Korea’s Gentle Monster is back with a new collection with Alexander Wang. The collaboration was first revealed at Alexander Wang’s Fall/Winter 2018 show in New York earlier this year, and now official imagery and details of the capsule has been released.
The collection features three colorways of the sunglasses style, with red, yellow and black options all available. The frames are then finished with Alexander Wang x Gentle Monster branding and “CEO” detailing as a nod to a theme that ran throughout Wang’s full Fall/Winter 2018 collection. The collaboration is set to release on September 8.
