adidas has revealed plans for a new release system.

The new purchasing method revolves around the adidas app, and requires its users to create a verified adidas account. Upon creating an account, consumers are invited to “switch on notifications to ensure you never miss a drop.” Then, users will be prompted to share their size during launch day. Lastly, upon opening the app during the drop, you will have 15 minutes to checkout. The app’s new release system also requires SMS verification, which adidas hopes will help lessen the impact of bots.

You can check out adidas’s official announcement concerning its new release system below, and download the app through your phone to check it out for yourself.

In related news, adidas’s second quarter sales are up 10%.
