BAPE Joins DJ Steve Aoki for Camo-Rich Capsule Collection
Commemorating Aoki’s global tour.
Having already teamed up with AAPE, Steve Aoki now joins forces with the main BAPE line for a variety of collaborative layering pieces. Four hoodies and tees sport a rectangular 1ST CAMO graphic, showcasing bold white co-branding against the earth-toned pattern. All of the items are executed in neutral tones, with the hoodies offered in black or grey, while the tees are available in white and black, thus placing emphasis on the colorful graphics. The rear of the hoodies offers a blown-up iteration of the camouflage print while the tees opt for a smaller iteration behind the neck, with all prints showcasing an Ape Head inside the “O” of Aoki.
No release date has been announced for the quartet of collaborative goods, but with Steve Aoki’s tour kicking off in mere days, expect them to release soon.
Recently, Aoki was recognized as one of the world’s highest-paid DJs.
