Nike Upgrades the Air VaporMax 95 With OG "Slate" Colorway
Retro looks for the contemporary runner.
Hot on the heels of the throwback “Neon”-tinged colorway, Nike once again hearkens back to a classic Air Max 95 makeup with a “Slate” Air VaporMax 95. The OG 95 hues reappear on this shoe, with the recognizable gradient detailing on the side and matching lacelocks on the vamp. A white base keepts the midsole, toe and tongue understated, while a grey Swoosh towards the heel adds a flair of contrast. Unlike the standard issue 95, this shoe sports a VaporMax sole, utilizing blue tones to tie in with the upper.
Expect NSW stockists to receive the Air VaporMax 95 “Slate” on September 6.
Elsewhere, Nike is gearing up to release a slew of new Air VaporMax Moc 2 colorways, including “Black/Light Cream”, “Pink Blast” and “Triple Grey.”
