This Seascape Villa Is a Mediterranean Gem in Indonesia
A warm five-bedroom property on the island of Nusa Lembongan.
Architecture firm Word of Mouth House (WOMhouse) recently completed the construction of a vibrant seascape villa on the island of Nusa Lembongan in Indonesia. Designed by Valentina Audrito, the five-bedroom property invokes Mediterranean design elements with soft white walls, concrete furnishings, and pebbled flooring. The two-story structure is further accentuated with bamboo screens to help balance the contemporary aesthetic of the building.
Highlights include the living room created from a giant net, a bedhead made with a bathtub, a humongous media room bed in a circular shape, and a sprawling pool area. “The combination of round and square shapes continues across the whole project whether it’s in the pond design or in wall openings,” adds WOMhouse.
