Roy Wood$ Hints at a New Album in His Latest Track, 'Say Less Freestyle'
The OVO signee says Drake’s recent success is motivating him to make more music.
It’s been a quiet 2017 for OVO signee Roy Wood$ thus far. Other than releasing two music videos for both his track “Love You” and a collaborative track with MadeinTYO “Instinct,” Wood$ has been under the radar since the release of his last EP, Nocturnal. With a new album reportedly on the way, Wood$ made an appearance on OVO Sound Radio, where he dropped his latest track, “Say Less Freestyle.”
In the track, Wood$ tells his fans that his next album, Say Less, is still on its way, as well as citing the recent success of labelmates Drake and PARTYNEXTDOOR is one of the largest factors in motivating him to put his album out. With only a handful of EPs under his belt so far, Say Less would be Wood$’s debut studio album.
