Elon Musk Shares Photos of the First Production Tesla Model 3
The future is here.

We’ve been keeping up with news regarding the highly-anticipated Tesla Model 3, and finally, we have images of the first production Model 3 sedan. On Saturday night, Tesla CEO Elon Musk shared images of the first ever Model 3 vehicle from the factory line on his Twitter. The electric automotive is the fourth vehicle from Tesla and the will come at an affordable price point of about $35,000 USD, lowering the barrier to entry for customers who want to transition to a more sustainable option for vehicles.
SN1 (for serial number 1) was reserved by Tesla board member Ira Ehrenpreis, who actually gifted the rights of the vehicle to Elon Musk as a birthday present, as Musk explains in a tweet. The model is completed and currently going through final checks.
Since this most recent update followed through on Musk’s previous claims of production deadlines, it seems promising that Tesla will indeed deliver Model 3 vehicles to customers by the end of July and increase production “exponentially.”
