Oneohtrix Point Never Shares an Unreleased Usher Demo and Announces New 'The Station EP'

Following the release of his album Age of, Oneohtrix Point Never has announced The Station EP, a four-track project that includes his second single of the same name. Oneohtrix Point Never recently released the demo for the single, mentioning the song was originally meant for Usher while he was touring with ANOHNI before it was ultimately rejected. But Oneohtrix Point Never has released the track anyway vocal-free with a topline melody that Usher would have sung.

Check out the finished track below and if you like it, download the original demo on Sendspace while you can. The Station EP will drop digitally on July 27, the same tracklist will arrive on a physical 12” release called We’ll Take It.  on the same day.
