nonnative offers a first look at its Fall/Winter 2018 collection, dubbed “HIGHEST CALIBER,” with a brief clip showcasing an explosive tennis match. Modeling key items from the brand’s forthcoming cold weather drop, two fearless athletes play a game of ping-pong as they’re barraged by explosions. Water splashes down on the pair to demonstrate the range’s weather resistance, while bubbles gently drift in between the match. Key clothing items on display include base layers of “HIGHEST CALIBER” tees and patterned work shirts, along with mountain parkas, down jackets, sweaters and work shirts. The label’s signature ankle-zippered pants play well with collaborative Vans and duck boots, with fuzzy caps and headbands adding additional wintertime comfort.

The collection hits COVERCHORD’s site on August 4, stay tuned for a more conventional lookbook to arrive shortly.

For more seasonal Japanese collections, THE NORTH FACE PURPLE LABEL recently unveiled its Fall/Winter 2018 lookbook.
