Rihanna started things proper this week with the release of her latest track “Sledgehammer,” the lead single in support of the upcoming sci-fi film Star Trek Beyond. The pop superstar now returns to unleash its accompanying music video, which first premiered Thursday on IMAX. The breathtaking visual directed by Floria Sigismondi, finds RiRi as an alien as she roams around a deserted alien planet. As she moves and dishes out her intense vocals, the land shifts. The track appears in the Star Trek Beyond trailer, while the movie itself will drop on July 22. Stay tuned.
