White atelier by CONVERSE Celebrates the 40th Anniversary of the Pro Leather OX Low
A timeless pair that graced the feet of the legendary Dr. J.

White atelier by CONVERSE is commemorating the 40th birthday of the Pro Leather OX by releasing a low version that is swathed in all-white leather. The court-inspired pair that debuted in 1976 (both high and low models) and worn by the high-flying basketball legend, Julius Irving, gets a slightly modern take for this latest iteration. It features a non-marking rubber outsole for traction while, overall, maintaining a timeless silhouette.
This limited edition pair will be released sometime in July for $137 USD at White atelier by CONVERSE and select retail stores in Japan. The Tokyo-based space that allows customers to personalize Chuck Taylors in a bevy of patterns and designs had opened its doors last year on July 17.
