Shepard Fairey and adidas Skateboarding joined forces on a special edition Samba ADV silhouette for the BEYOND THE STREETS 2018 exhibition. The collaborative model boasts crisp white uppers, “Star Gear” sock-liners, and the renowned street artist’s name embellished in gold foil on the lateral and medial sides near the brand’s signature three-stripes insignia. Lastly, Exacto blade graphics are adorned near the heel caps. Coinciding with the sneaker is a bespoke skateboard deck, Montana spray-paint can, and additional collectibles.
The complete package will hit the BEYOND THE STREETS gift shop for approximately $300 USD each starting June 9. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Homeboy Industries, a non-profit organization that helps formerly gang-involved men and women with free programs and other services.
