After collaborations with 11 by Boris Bidjan Saberi and The Broken Arm, Salomon has partnered with 2017 LVMH Prize winner Marien Serre for a joint sneaker. The all-white collaboration is part of Salomon’s ME:sh co-creation project, which allows for footwear customization based on anatomical fit, biomechanics, usage analysis and aesthetic preferences.
Marine Serre’s collaboration comes in a knitted construction with subtle changes to the sneaker’s usual design, including adjusted TPU film eyelets. The sneaker is then finished with subtle Marine Serre graphics. The sneaker — designed for Serre’s Fall 2018 collection — is extremely limited edition, with only 50 pairs set to be released.
