STORY mfg. has released its latest lookbook for the Spring/Summer 2019 season. Called “Sage Tea,” the collection looks at high cannabis culture through the prism of psychedelic colors, block prints, patchwork and embroidery. As you’d expect from the brand, the silhouette is an oversized one, using the brands signature wide leg cropped trousers throughout while utilising boxy workwear-influenced jackets.
The new additions come in the form of twisted denim, which takes inspiration of ‘60s and the 2000’s era of denim, as well as new colors of pinks and yellows. The new dyes are, as is customary for STORY, from plant dyes — this time using sappan wood and jackfruit heartwood for its coloring. Take a look through the gallery above to see the STORY mfg.
