Recently, Francis and the Lights said there are rumors that Kanye West might produce a seven-song album for Chance The Rapper. In a new interview with Peter Rosenberg for Complex’s Open Late, Chance officially confirms that this is true. Not only that, but the Chicago rapper says that he has been in studio with Donald Glover as well.

“I’ve been actively working on the project with Childish. I’m going to do a seven-track with Ye.” On the Gambino album, Chance says: “We’ve got six songs that are all fire, but I think the album is going to be more than 14 songs.”

Kanye recently dropped a handful of new albums, including his own, ye, a collaboration with Kid Cudi, Kids See Ghosts and ones for Nas, Pusha-T and Teyana Taylor. Recently New York Time’s Jon Caramanica said that ‘Ye wants to make 52 records in 52 weeks. “He said he wants to get a place in Wyoming and he thinks he wants to spend more time there,” Caramanica said. “He told me at one point he wants to make 52 records in 52 weeks. Take that for what you will.”

Stay tuned for more from Chance, Kanye and Childish Gambino. In other music news, Drake recently dropped his highly-anticipated album Scorpion.
