Nike‘s Air Max 1 has stepped out in a handful of fresh looks for the summer such as the N7 “Acid Wash” edition and “Beach Camo” version. This time, the classic silhouette turns to the dark side with an ultra-slick black leather makeup.

The premium pair features an all-black upper with pebbled and textured leather panels, a ribbed textile collar, waxed laces and tonal black Nike embroidery at the heel counter and leather tongue tab. The main star of the pair is the metallic bronze embroidered Swoosh at the side with striped detailing. All of this is rounded out with a white Air Max sole unit with a classic gum outsole.

There’s still no word on when these premium Air Max 1s will release, so stay tuned for more details and let us know if this is a cop or drop in the comments. In the meantime, check out the Nike Air Max Penny 1 “White/Metallic Silver” for more leather sneakers.
