As part of it’s innovative Genius Project, that sees eight different labels reinterpret the brand’s most iconic designs, last night Moncler unveiled its collection created by Hiroshi Fujiwara’s fragment design label. Taking place at Pitti in Florence and featuring appearances from Steve Aoki, Tokyo skater Shinpei Ueno and model Adrianne Ho, the launch saw the Japanese and European design giants finally come together to present their new pieces.

Taking inspiration from live music culture, Fujiwara’s designs reference backstage crews and all-access passes. For the first time, guests were able to see the collection, which features bold bombers with prominent logos of both brands, classic red check patterned shirts and refined, fitted puffer jackets. Scroll through the gallery of the event above and keep an eye out for a closer look of the collection, as well as the rest of the Genius Project collaborations, set to be unveiled throughout the year. It’s on sale now so head over to the Moncler webstore or Matches Fashion, where the collection is exclusively available for the next five days, to pick up your favorite pieces.
