fragment design's Hiroshi Fujiwara Is Publishing an Autobiography
The book is slated to release by the end of the year.

Hiroshi Fujiwara has been immersed in the streetwear industry for the better half of two decades, from emerging as one of Japan’s leading hip-hop DJs to pioneering Nike’s “HTM” line.
What he’s best known for, however, is being the mastermind behind his own imprint, fragment design. Fujiwara will be chronicling his years in the streetwear scene in a new autobiography.
Published by the Japanese company Bungeishunjusha, the autobiography is already in the works and is due to be released by the end of 2024. While the title wasn’t revealed, the backstory was shared by one of Fujiwara’s friends, Kensuke Yamamoto.
“Sometime last year, we were talking about, “Hiroshi, it would be great if you could publish an autobiography next year,” and things progressed from there, and the project was started, with the book scheduled to be published by Bungeishunjusha by the end of the year,” Yamamoto wrote on X, per an English translation.
去年のいつ頃だったか「ヒロシさん来年自伝でも出せるといいですよねえ」といった話をしていたら、そこから話が進み、年内に文藝春秋社から出版となる予定で、プロジェクトが始動しました。
