Kodak Black Honors His Family & Bares His Soul on "My Cousin"
Another new single from the Florida star.
At the beginning of this month, Florida star-rapper Kodak Black celebrated his newly-found freedom with the fittingly-titled “First Day Out” visual. Following his official remix of KYLE’s hit-single “iSpy” and an impressive collaborative cut with Baton Rouge talent NBA YoungBoy, Kodak Black goes solo once more for his latest single. Choosing to honor his family on his new record, Kodak Black digs deep and wears his heart on his sleeve for the soul-searching “My Cousin.” On today’s release, Kodak Black allows his frustrations with his cousin’s shooting to guide his pen and the fast-rising lyricist uses the tragedy as a way for him to go all out and tear up the mic.
