Keiichi Tanaami & APPortfolio Collaborate on Limited Skateboard & Pouch Capsule
Embellished with psychedelic pop art.
Following its collaboration with Los Angeles-based artist Gary Baseman, APPortfolio now joins forces with influential Japanese artist Keiichi Tanaami. The cohorts worked on a special edition capsule that consists of a skateboard deck and pouch. The board is embellished with Tanaami’s psychedelic pop art motifs such as skeletal monster figures and searchlights that reflect his childhood experiences during WWII in Japan. For the pouch, the accessory is wrapped with several plants and insect visuals.
