Kanye West's 'ye' Racks up 100 Million Streams in Just Three Days
Taking over the top spot.

Despite Kanye West’s ye album being out for less than a week now, the project has already reached a whopping 100 million plus streams online. As we reported yesterday, the top seven songs on both Apple Music and Spotify are all from Kanye’s new album. His acclaimed eighth studio album currently sits atop Spotify’s global peak position, while also being number one on Apple Music in 83 different countries. In addition, the album is also number one on iTunes Albums in 63 different countries.
The chart-topping figures were announced in an official press release from Def Jam/G.O.O.D Music as of this morning, just hours after Hot 97’s Peter Rosenberg broke news that Drake reportedly wrote the hook on “Yikes” – one of the songs off Kanye’s new album, and didn’t get credited on the production credits.
