Gucci has announced the launch of its new “Equilibrium” platform, a new online hub which spotlights the label’s attempts to make the brand more sustainable. The new platform is part of a wide-ranging 10 year plan, which will see Gucci launch a renewed focus on sustainability and ethics.
The “Equilibrium” hub gives details on a range of Gucci’s initiatives, including details of its environmental policy, the ways it is rethinking its collections to emphasize sustainability and how it treats its employees. Launching the platform, Gucci President and CEO, Marco Bizzarri, described Gucci Equilibrium as “about us spreading that energy and that positive intent to everyone who loves our brand” and that the new site was for “bringing people together, sharing ideas, innovation and experiences.” Head over to the Gucci Equilibrium site now for more details.
