Nike's Air Max Speed Turf Returns in "Wolf Grey/Chlorophyll"

An NFL favorite.

By //Footwear

After making a comeback at the beginning of the year in a 49ers-inspired colorway, Nike‘s Air Max Speed Turf is set for another return in “Wolf Grey/Chlorophyll”. A popular pick for NFL training sessions, this retro-style sneaker features a fusion of American football cleat design and street-ready characteristics.

This time, the Air Max Speed Turf comes bearing a greyscale color palette with hits of contrasting “Chlorophyll” green. Different shades of grey, white and black appear on the mesh, leather and suede upper, with “Chlorophyll” Swoosh and Nike Air insignia throughout. The light grey and black sole unit continues the theme with another hint of green at the visible Air bubble unit to tie things together.

The Nike Air Max Speed Turf “Wolf Grey/Chlorophyll” will be releasing on July 1 at select Swoosh retailers such as Maxi Sport. Let us know if you’re a fan of this silhouette in the comments below and for more retro sneakers, the Air Jordan 14 “Last Shot” is returning this month.
