Jordan Brand Will Soon Release the Jordan Melo 1.5 “OKC” PE
Coming your way later this summer.
Jordan Brand is preparing to unveil an all-new Jordan Melo 1.5 PE model that pays homage to Carmelo Anthony’s current Oklahoma City Thunder team. Our last look at the silhouette came by way of an all-black “Hoodie Melo” release, with this premium rendition dressed in lively “Team Orange.”
An engineered mesh composition dominates much of the upper, while crocodile-textured leather found on the front bumper, heel and ankle strap add stylized material contrast. Both Jumpman and Carmelo branding take up real estate on the tongue and collar areas, while the vibrant pops of yellow landing on the heel, inner tongue lining, and eyelets help heighten the shoe’s tonal motif. Although price has not yet been confirmed, the Jordan Melo 1.5 “OKC” PE is slated to release online sometime this summer.
