Following last year’s critically acclaimed You Only Live 2wice album that arrived during a dark time in his career, ESGN rapper Freddie Gibbs is now back with his fifth studio album. Fittingly titled Freddie, the 13-track effort finds “The Wave” rapper mixing things up with the likes of 03 Greedo, Cassie Jo Craig, Irie Jane Gibbs and more, while production was primarily overseen by his longtime collaborator Kenny Beats.
