Nike Combines "Team Red” & “Habanero Red" on This Fiery Air Max 98 Offering
The AM98 wave rides strong.
Not to be confused with Nike’s recent Air Max 98 “Habanero Red” model is this new take on the throwback runner, which, too, sports the aforementioned spicy red tone. This new rendition spotlights varying shades of red that surrounds a clean white midsole with an upper construction that is dressed in a mixed-material makeover.
“Team Red” joins the signature Habanero hue all throughout the core base, while faint hits of light grey can be found intersecting the all-red palette in the wavy divider line. Leather found blanketing the mudguard helps add a luxurious element to the suede and mesh accents placed directly above.
