Following on from its recent collaboration with London label Aries, New Balance has unveiled a new colorway of its 991.5 silhouette. The hybrid Made in UK sneaker — which mixes the upper of a 990 and the sole unit from a 1500 — now comes in a “Plum” colorway taken from classic 1500 releases.

The upper is made up of premium “Plum” purple suede, which is contrasted with touches of white leather and grey mesh. The sneaker is finished with grey and black “N” branding on the heel, and the signature logo in white and purple on the side. Take a look at the sneaker above, and head over to the SNKRS web store to buy the New Balance 991.5 “Plum.”

In related news, New Balance recently revealed the X-90 silhouette.
