Snoopy Peanuts Hotel Opens in Japan This Summer

Snoopy fans will be glad to know that the Peanuts Hotel will be opening in Kobe, Japan on August 1. The thematic hotel, which has the motto “Where guests feel comfortable” from a 1962 Peanuts comic, spans six floors of rooms and facilities. The first floor houses a Peanuts Cafe and the third floor is home to the Peanuts Diner, both of which offer themed drinks and dishes inspired by the Charles M. Schulz comic franchise. The fourth, fifth and sixth floors have the themes of “Imagine,” “Love” and “Happy” and are dedicated to 18 guest rooms, each boasting its own design and decoration based on a different comic.
Reservations for the Peanuts Hotel begin on July 9. Stays start at ¥30,000 JPY (about $273 USD) per person, including breakfast at the Peanuts Diner. Head over to the Peanuts Hotel official website for more information.
